NOTE : whenever you see "hope" , right away cross those answer choices with "hopefully"/"hopeful" ( if the subject is a thing) . Right away consider those answer choices with "it is hoped" , they're among correct answers.

So,here, A and B can be correct . But "enough...that" in B is incorrect idiom ---> cross B. A retains.

Omit it is hoped in the original sentence and it`s still grammatically correct.

(A) should be it.
