My answer is (B). It took me 01:51.

I feel that "with huge financial liabilities" should better be "despite huge financial liabilities".

(A) "manage to stay afloat" and "limit its march towards any credible revival" contrast with each other. "and" is not a strong conjunction to provide the relationship.

(B) "there are still those who" is rather wordy. "some still" may be better. Bur (B) ultimately wins as we eliminate other options.

(C) Pronoun "their" does not agree with "the company".

(D) " inability of " should be " inability to“

(E) "since" cannot convey the contrast between two clauses.

Analysts believe that the state-owned telephone company, with huge financial liabilities, will manage to stay afloat in the future, and there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its march towards any credible and quick revival.

Error: usage of and seems a bit odd. The sentence structure requires a contrast.

A) and there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its

B) though there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its

C) but there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit their---> Singular pronoun needed

D) despite those who feel that the company’s inability of generating healthy cash flows may limit its---> meaning chainged

E) since there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its----> since makes it a cause and effect but the sentence requires a contrast

Analysts believe that the state-owned telephone company, with huge financial liabilities, will manage to stay afloat in the future, and there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its march towards any credible and quick revival.

Meaning:
Analysts believe that the company will manage to stay afloat
Some poeple feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its (company's) march

Two beliefs are contracting each other, so we need a conjuction, which present this contrast

A and D are out --> and and since do not convey correct meaning

A) and there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its

B) though there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its

C) but there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit their -->their can not refer to company

D) despite those who feel that the company’s inability of generating healthy cash flows may limit its --> "inability to generate" is better than "inability of generating"

E) since there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its

Sentence Structure
Analysts believe that
----------the state-owned telephone company
------------------, with huge financial liabilities,
----------will manage to stay afloat in the future,
and
there are still those who feel that
----------the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows
----------may limit its
march towards any credible and quick revival.

Error Analysis:
1. Meaning: Analysts believe that ........X and others feel that...........Y - not conveying the clear meaning. Although, grammatically sentence seems fine
2. Meaning Error

A) and there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its
- Convoluted meaning

B) though there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its
- "Though" coordinating conjunction properly connected with the IC and conveying the clear meaning

C) but there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit their (company)
- Pronoun antecedent error

D) despite those who feel that the company’s inability of generating healthy cash flows may limit its
- "despite" is preposition - structural error
- inability to - seems to be correct idiom

E) since there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its
- Meaning error

A) and there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its -> and is incorrect conjunction, we have a contrast in play. Incorrect.

B) though there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its -> It is better than A. Let's keep it.

C) but there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit their -> "their" is plural and doesn't refer to "company's". Incorrect.

D) despite those who feel that the company’s inability of generating healthy cash flows may limit its -> "inability of" is incorrect.

E) since there are still those who feel that the company’s inability to generate healthy cash flows may limit its -> Since is not fit for contrast meaning. Incorrect.

So, I think B. :)
