Initially I could not choose between (A) and (B)
I would like to know why you folks discarded (A).

After searching about compliance I found the following

"in compliance with - is correct
having compliance with - is not correct

Yes Anand,

"having compliance with" is wrong idiomatic usage.

I am late for this one. but my answer is also B.

anandnk, I think we comply with something, compliance is a noun. We need a verb, not noun. suggest.

Hi Bhai,

I believe following are well known...

Bill clinton had extra marital relation(Noun) with Monica
Bill clinton was in love(Noun) with Monica

I believe the above SC is about correct idiom as stated by ndidi04

Thanks,
Anand.
