Hi Guys,

I desperately need some tips on improving my speed on reading comprehensions.

Till date I have done so many RCs from books like Kaplan Premier, Kaplan 800,OG. My average accuracy rate has been around 75%, which I feel is decent (any comments ? ).

The real problem I'm facing is of timing. What I noticed is that, I waste something around 8 mins in just reading & understanding an average size comprehension, and even more on lengthy comprehensions (sometimes 10-12 mins ). This is followed by around 1 min on each RC question.

I have around 25 days for my scheduled GMAT, in which I want to improve my reading skills. Any tips ?

Hello ,

Have you tried rhyme's method to tackle RC?
verbal-rc-help-30247.html#p205035

use it as a method and not something good to know....practice a few RCs , do not time at first.
See if you are able to use it efficiently.
