It's a unique path. Ph.D programs for business are insanely hard to get into at the top schools, have you looked at the acceptance rates/GMAT's/GPA's for the top programs? Are you sure you can't go straight to Ph.D without a masters?

Well, they say you don't need Masters as you will prepare Mphil ( Masters of philosophy) as requirement for PhD. But i am afraid that Not having Masters would reduce my chances of getting in as international student ... but all the universities write that undergraduates could apply for PhD program
...
