If i am interested in CBS Msc and they do not provide any kind of assistance ? Is it worth it 2 try 2 take a loan even partial loan? or will it be a risk. the problem is that in US it is extremely difficult to find Msc not an MBA i dunno why they focus on MBA that much :x MSc is important as well. :( :( and could there be a chance 1 day that they change their strategies and provide a scholarship ! :-D :-D or i am day dreamin' a little bit :cry: And how is the loan experience :-D

That post was really difficult to read, highly recommend working on your grammar and such if you want people to respond.

What is your background? What are you goals? Which masters program are you aiming for? Some masters programs certainly do have financial aid. That said, masters and MBA programs are for two completely separate demographics. MBA's are for people with ~4-5 years work experience and want to go into management level roles, Masters are for recent graduates who want entry level roles.

I am sorry i was writing very fast. I graduated with a bachelor degree in Marketing. I am interested in Masters of science in Marketing. To be specific, at Columbia business school. It doesn't require any kind of experience. My goals after the Masters will be PhD. So, i am interested in academia field. The problem is that through this program, no financial aid is being provided. So i was asking about having a loan as an international student, will it be a risky thing to do? Since nearly all the full scholarship in my country like Fullbright requires 2 years of experience and i graduated last year. Thanks

It's a unique path. Ph.D programs for business are insanely hard to get into at the top schools, have you looked at the acceptance rates/GMAT's/GPA's for the top programs? Are you sure you can't go straight to Ph.D without a masters?

Well, they say you don't need Masters as you will prepare Mphil ( Masters of philosophy) as requirement for PhD. But i am afraid that Not having Masters would reduce my chances of getting in as international student ... but all the universities write that undergraduates could apply for PhD program
...
