Are all of the numbers in a certain list of 15 numbers equal?
1). The sum of all of the numbers in the list is 60
2). The sum of any 3 numbers in the list is 12

B.
1) Sum of 15 numbers is 60, so individual numbers can be same or different.
INSUFF

2) Sum of 'any' 3 numbers in the list is 12. Hence, each number should be 4.
SUFF

Stat 1 - not suff
It just tells sum of the numbers but nothing about the numbers

Stat 2 -suff
The sum of any 3 numbers is 12 - tells that all the numbers are equal to 4.
