1) x+y+z is odd
2) x*y*z is a multiple of 4

1) x+y+z is odd

say x+y+z = 9 (odd)

1+3+5 = 9
2+3+4 = 9

insufficient

2) x*y*z is a multiple of 4

x*y*z = 4k => atleast one number is even

sufficient
