Supposedly represents a typical week in Bschool.

Pretty busy.

Although if this person didn't spend so much time emailing and having coffee they might have more time to pencil in things like, "Be Spontaneous" "Have Fun" "Recover From Hangover."

Also, I'm not sure I could handle dinner with friends 5 days a week.

Doesn't look like much time was set aside for studying or career search.

Everyone I have talked to said b-school will test your time management skills because there is always something you should be doing.

Yup. The guy on this schedule is a clown.

He checks his email for 1 hour each night and then rechecks it in the morning. Dinner to go (takes 1.5 hours?) takes as much time as dinner with friends.

Makes it sound like his only free time is on Saturday. If he effciently used his time, he would have way more free time.

It's good to be busy. Keeps your mind off of the misery around you.

Maybe that this person chooses to timetable their life gives you an idea of why it looks so miserable.

Those are relative estimates of time taken to complete various study or homework type activities... some of us are a bit more efficent then that!
