I do not see an issue with usage of infinitive: to use. In fact
I would prefer usage of infinitive vs verb-ing : using

How do I eliminate (B) with confidence?

Hey adkikani :-) good question :-)

let me explain

D is incorrect because this option incorrectly uses infinitive. Why incorrectly?

Because, “to use” incorrectly modifies the noun “Customers” you need to use participle present which acts an adjective adding description to the noun “Customers”

For example you can`t say “A matter to require urgent assistance” instead one should say “ A matter requiring urgent assistance”

Experts correct me please if my explanation is wrong :)

cheers,
D

Hey Dave,
not sure if the issue is specific to using/ to use for the subject. even I am awaiting an expert reply for this question.

"using" seems awkward here in OA. Experts kindly advice why "using" is preferred to "to use" here.
Thanks in advance. :)

Comfortable to use is used like this:

1. This computer mouse is very comfortable to use.
2. I find this computer mouse very comfortable to use.

But we can't say something like:

3. I am very comfortable to use this mouse.

Similarly,

4. I am comfortable to take the GMAT tomorrow.
5. I am comfortable taking the GMAT tomorrow.

6. I feel comfortable to take the GMAT tomorrow.
7. I feel comfortable taking the GMAT tomorrow.

I was confused B/w B and D. B sounds correct as 'to use' doesn't go here
