I think the answer is B.

the to standardize and to predict should be parallel. I got confused about the taking advantage, but re-read it and realized that they are taking advantage of the offseason to...and to....

What is OA/OE?

Same here. I think this is one of the parallelism type traps that they throw out at you every now and then.

Another B.

The trick here is to ignore the "taking advantage of off-season demand" when looking for the parallelism. B has "to sell"/"to standardize"/"to demand". Parallel. And it's not E because we need "taking" in the modifier phrase because it's not an active verb.

I fell into this trap and picked E, didn't think of modifier acting here, excellent explaination.

OA is B
