Due to an employee error, only 8,000 tickets were given out in the first four months of the year. Tickets given each month is constant = 24600 / 12 = 2050 tickets/month.
4 months then have given = 8000 tickets
Expected count should be = 4 *2050 = 8200
So in the 5th month they should give = 2050 + 200 = 2250 tickets. so that it wil b bak to regular schedule.

24600/12=2050
2050*5=10250
10250-8000=2250

24600 tickets are issued throughout the year constantly each month
So each month 24600/12 tickets need to issued
So each month 2050 tickets need to be issued
in 4 months 2050 * 4 = 8200 tickets normally are to be issued
But due to error only 8000 tickets are actually issued
So basically there is backlog of 200 tickets that need to be issued in 5th month to bring the park to its regular giveaway schedule
so in 5th month normal issued + backlog tickets = 2050 +200 = 2250 tickets are issued
