C is wordy. Well know of is better than well known because

B:
for having an eccentric personality -|- her skillful...

E:
for her eccentric personality -|- her skillful ..

1) E is better in parallelism

2) In GMAT, 'being' and 'having' should be avoided.

3) IMO, 'as well known ... as ...' is better than 'well known as much .. as ..'.
==> not sure if the latter is the correct usage. Can someone confirm!
