Great questions and motivation
DeepanshiR,
-task to take leadership or even customer facing projects
-track your successes, keep a log that quantifies your impact - #, %, time, people
-try to gain international exposure! through clients or even personal travel
-start interacting with the adcoms, attend events, speak to current students and alumni (track this as well!)
-and start studying for the GMAT/GRE - take it sooner than later, closer to graduation is easier
I have a tracker to share with you - email me

as mentioned in the above conversation, 10+ years is hard for US Schools, consider 1 yr FT MBA’s at Cornell, Kellogg, Duke, or Emory OR UK/EU 1 yr programs and maybe LBS. UK/EU schools tend to actually do profile evals, don’t be afraid to request one!
