(2) There are 460 spectators who are visitors from out-of-town at the game.

using 1 we can calculate 2/3 value and then 3/4 of that value

using 2 we know 1/3 value and we can calcuate 2/3 and then 3/4 of that value

I) let resident=2x/3
Non resident=x/3

Resident who are close relative= (2/3)*(3/4) x= x/2

Statements in I and iI both gives us the value of x

So answer is D
