(1) There are 10 executive employees at Company R.
(2) The number of non-executive employees at Company R is four times the number of executive employees at Company R.

Required Average = (54E + 34NE)/(E + NE)

St1: E = 10 --> Clearly insufficient as we have no info about NE.

St2: NE = 4E. We can substitute the value of NE to get a distinct value.
Sufficient.
