Cost at A = 8.75 + 4*1.25 = 13.75$
Cost at B = 5.5 + 4*2.5 = 15.5$
Differnce = 1.75$

B is the answer.

8.75+4*1.25 = 13.75
5.5+4*2.5= 15.5

difference = 15.5-13.75 = 1.75 IMO B
