i will borrow loans to fund my mba tuition.
I was wondering if there is a statistics where it reveals average debt of mba graduates ( from each program) and average pay off period.

The premium edition of USNews carries this information. If you want to PM me about certain schools, I'm happy to look it up. Payoff period is relative based on your current salary I would think.

Tuition plus living costs are available on the (free) Businessweek site. A quick look at Harvard for example gives us tuition at 112K, and living costs at 79K per year! Giving you a grand total of 270K$!!!! Wow!
