Hello all.

I recently started teaching GMAT for Kaplan at night (its a pretty cool job) but
there is part of their curriculum that I think might be wrong. They have me telling students that the argument ALWAYS comes first and the issue ALWAYS comes second.

I thought the order was random. I tried looking on mba.com but found nothing to prove either way.

Does anyone know for sure? Can anyone point me to some proof so I can send it to my boss?
