Would you rather have a 700 gmat score with awa 2.5 or a 690 gmat score with a 5.5 awa? Just curious as to what the awa is worth.

Joemama,

I feel the AWA is sort of a Check Mark in your application. I don't think it will either strengthen or weaken ur application, unless it is far too low.

FYI. I read from Banarjee's post that he finished each of the argument in ~15 minutes, so as to conserve energy for Quant and Verbal..

Of course 690 with AWA 5,5....

690 or 700 is no difference, while 2,5 AWA will badly hurt i think.....
