Pretty much every school has average work experience between 4-5 years, though I believe Harvard and Stanford are a little lower.

A fair amount of schools publish information regarding the breakdown of their class by WE (Duke and Vanderbilt come to mind) and those with fewer than 2 years is around 20%. I'd say it's more about the quality of your work experience than the quantity.

That experience will probably help you, but frankly it's about how you tie all of these experiences into a cohesive story about why you want/need an MBA. Changing careers is a very popular choice for MBA candidates so that won't be a big hurdle, but it depends on your undergraduate performance, GMAT, leadership, and a whole mess of stuff.

I would imagine that all of the top business schools have at least a few students in each class with 2-3 years of work experience. Many schools have a 2 year minimum and an average of 5 years.

If you can make a strong case for admission based on your 2 years of experience, apply to a few schools that are within your reach for GMAT and GPA. If it doesn't work out, you can always re-apply in future years.

I would say there is probably NO business school that is not open to applicants with two years of experience. meaning you shoudl be fine if you are a legitimately qualified candidate. The averga emay be more, but that doe snot mean that people do not get in with less experience.
