Please suggest B-schools for the profile below:-

I am an Indian male working in the IT industry (I know!)

Educational Background (Mechanical Engineering) from a tier-2 college - 7.84/10 or 70.9% (Tried finding a way to convert it to GPA but, gave up in the end due to a lot of different formulas and different tables available)
12th standard - 70.33%
10th standard - 9.4/10 or 89.30%

Work Experience
37 months in Infosys - Indian IT major
Current designation - Senior Systems Engineer(Might get a promotion in the next quarter)
I am an SAP PI consultant/SAP UI developer with prior experience working as a SAP ABAP Developer.
I have worked on development/implementation projects only(No back-end support work till date)
I have worked on projects related to energy and manufacturing sectors till now(I feel it does not even matter as my work hardly changes from project to project)
I don`t have a leadership role but in the absence of my lead I am the one coordinating the daily activities and dividing tasks among my teammates.
I have also received an award at work recently.

Was chosen to be a part of the Self-governance team, during the training period at Infosys after undergoing a selection process(A total of 10 people were chosen out of a batch of 450)
Was a part of an NGO for a couple of years. The NGO was dedicated to uplifting the unfortunate strata of the society, especially orphan children, by providing them with free education and a place to stay
Was part of the organizing team for a number of fests(even a national level fest) during the college years

I want to pursue MBA in order to transition from my current software developer role to a general management/operations management role.

I recently gave my second attempt for GMAT and scored 740(Q50, V39, IR8).

What schools should I target from Europe and Asia? (Don`t want to go to the US)

Hi Amoghzz,

Thank you very much for your note, and apologies for the overdue reply.

Avanti Prep experienced record levels of applicant demand this application season. As a result, my work with clients was super-active from R1 applications, through R1 Interview Prep, into R2 applications, and most recently through R2 Interview Prep. I naturally had to prioritize my work with applicants over the Forum, so I apologize for not getting back to you.

That said, if you are still in the application game and are looking for help with Interview Prep, if your results didn't go as you had hoped this year and you're not sure why, or if you are starting to mobilize toward applying / re-applying this fall, I would be more than happy to connect. You can reference the links below for more information and/or regarding next steps.
