It cannot be E.
(E) Older people tend to be less influenced by mass-media advertisements than younger people tend to be.
It is comparing the influence of media between Old people and Young People.This is out of scope.
For explication, lets assume that Influence Unit is proportional to Watching.
To be called as influencial, say 20 units are required.
Now the older people have 0.1 Unit, and younger people have 0.2 Unit.
It this sufficent to influence our Young Lads.....Never.
We need to attack on absolute concept and that is clearly reflected in A.
