Think it is (C) "synchronized with" seems to be idiomatic.

I believe that "synchronized with" is the correct usage. Not a 100% sure though. A, D and E out.
Since, the synchronizing part refers to the movements, "is" in B and D is incorrect.

And, "one or more + noun" always takes the plural structure.
