In my opinion Its E????

E is wrong because it compares "my strategy" with "other radiologits". Instead, two strategies should be compared to each other.

Choice E looks like this:
E. Because there are often so many images per MRI,
on which a radiologist could spend an entire day looking at just one of these studies, my strategy,
which is like
other radiologists who specialize in magnetic resonance imaging,
is to analyze first the "data-rich sequences," those segments that can provide the most information.

When u strip the sentence, it looks like this:

Because there are often so many images per MRI, my strategy, which is like other radiologists, is to analyze first...
E is saying "my strategy" is like "other radiologists""; apples and oranges compared.
