Biomedical engineers at the sporting equipment convention, one who is wheelchair bound, will demonstrate equipment that allows physically challenged athletes to compete effectively.

a) one who
b) one of them who
c) and one of them who
d) one of whom
e) one of which

First of all.
Even you do not know all the rules.
Option D is more concise. Option B sounds "a little" weird.

Second of all.
Who is used as a subject of a sentence. Example: Who likes to eat chocolate?
Whom - as a object of a sentence. Example: He saw the kinds faces of those whom he loved.

a) one who => who = incorrect for engineers
b) one of them who => weird and nor preferred
c) and one of them who => ,and is not required and same error as above
d) one of whom => correctly describing one of engineers
e) one of which => which is not used for engineers
