a) one who
b) one of them who
c) and one of them who
d) one of whom
e) one of which

First of all.
Even you do not know all the rules.
Option D is more concise. Option B sounds "a little" weird.

Second of all.
Who is used as a subject of a sentence. Example: Who likes to eat chocolate?
Whom - as a object of a sentence. Example: He saw the kinds faces of those whom he loved.

a) one who => who = incorrect for engineers
b) one of them who => weird and nor preferred
c) and one of them who => ,and is not required and same error as above
d) one of whom => correctly describing one of engineers
e) one of which => which is not used for engineers

Experts,

Will you pls suggest why we need a "whom" out here. As stated in this thread previously, "whom" is used when it acts as objects.

But in this case clause "one of who is wheelchair bound" has "one of who" as subject out here. SO it should be "who" instead of "whom".

Pls suggest what I am missing out here.

Good question! The word "whom" is necessary because it comes after a preposition. (You can remember this by thinking about "one of them...", "to him/her." Any time you have a preposition, you need the objective form of the pronoun.
