Researcher's hypothesis:
Westernized black Africans' genes adapted to environmental scarcity of salt in west and they starting having high salt diets.

I find C to be supporting this hypthesis,

Whites (originally westerners, having high salt diets) started living in Africa (environmentally higher salt) , they too started having high blood pressures, because of which they switched to lower salt consumption.

in A, B , d & E i did not find transition by people from one part to other.

I may be completely wrong in my reasoning though :-D
