Not sure which to pick here. I am not really a career switcher and want to stay near Chicago.
Mendoza offered me $40,000, Booth nothing, so $60k vs Booth $120k mba cost.

Because my work schedule is flexible I can take day classes at Booth, and Booth does let PT join most full time clubs and events.

Mendoza I like the smaller class size / closer connections / international trips with fellow students.
Booth great name, and larger network / huge class size over 2000 PT / FT students to network with.
Main goal is networking and meeting new contacts for creating new businesses / entrepreneurial endeavors.

This is a hard choice and both schools sound awesome, my main concern is feeling like a second rate student at the Booth PT program.

Any advice?

Why do you think you'll feel like a second rate student at Booth? In general, if your goal at the end of the day is to be recruited by the best employers, then go to the best MBA school. If you more want the degree for potential opportunities that would be otherwise unobtainable or less obtainable without an MBA in general, then any good school is a good bet. It really depends on what your goals are.

Good advice, second rate meaning more, some of the downsides that come with part time programs, lower bid priority for day classes, inability to join certain clubs, etc.
