\(216 = x - 0.4x - 0.1(x - 0.4x)\)

\(216 = 0.6x - 0.06x\)

\(216 = (\frac{60 - 6}{100})x\)

\(216 * \frac{100}{54} = x\)

\(x = 400\)

Difference: \(400 - 216 = 184\)
