Acc to me C is correct.OA is different.

C is wrong as "which" refers to medicine(also if which refers to medicine then it should come after comma)...here sentence means that law is protecting the public....

The sentece tell ..what private is or it is defining what is privte house....so C is wrong bcoz in C it seems that a single house is there....E fits well.. ||sm
