I have a small question to Economist. Why did you change the order of the original from < algae or bacteria > to < bacteria or algae> is it to prove any particular point? Just because, some inclusion or alteration doesn't change the meaning, are we free to indulge so?

A) “Or not” is redundant.

B) Correct.

C) “Bacterial” is wrong.

D) “If” should be “whether”.

E) “the structured communities” is wrong, should be “the structure of communities”.

In (B) Shouldn't "Which" modify Algae instead of Bacteria and hence change the meaning of the sentence?
