"any" in C is said wordy. Can anyone explain pls?

Google the question and you will find out that most people would pick C as you (and I) did.

First, this is a non-official question and should not be be seen as 'the truth'. Furthermore, my guess is that D is misspelled and 'not' should be exkluded. That is the only way I can make any sense out of the answer
