R3 interview invites being shared

Did you get an invite?

On 17th received an invitation for an interview (R3; AO is AN). Contacts of my interviewers came a day later. Now, waiting for replies to schedule my interview (1 replied already; other 1 did not, yet).

Does anyone know if my interview dates have any impact on when I am going to receive the final decision by INSEAD? From what I found out (screened the forum for announcements of admits), decisions are sent out beginning a week before the final decision notification date of each round.

Hi rudywip (Rudolf),

congratulations on your invitation to interview with INSEAD.

The date of your interviews has no impact on when you will receive the final decision. You could have both interviews today and still be one of the last applicants to receive the final decision.

Interviewers are volunteers and do the interviews as a way to give back to INSEAD. So, don't expect them to reply right away. If your second interviewer doesn't reply in 2-3 days, you can send a friendly reminder. If no luck after that, try messaging him/her via SMS or any other messenger app (sometimes emails requesting interviews hit their spam folders). If no luck, let your AO know. She'll decide whether to pair you with a new interviewer or wait a bit more.

Thanks! Sure I sent application and vídeo essay the day before the deadline (Jan 5). LoR we’re sent by my recs a couple of days before the deadline as well.

Do we need to submit the Video essays before the application deadline, or there is normal 3-4 days buffer as we have in US schools such as Kellogg and Yale.
