Does all the decisions for R1 application come on the same date in early Dec, or are they released on rolling basis?

I'm afraid they will change these questions for R2 (I remember them saying it somewhere, don't remember where)... But they will give you more than enough time to submit them, so don't worry about it! :)

I have so many ideas for that autobiography one.

I hope they have the same essays then for people applying in R2.

On campus with a second-year student. Lasted ~35 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.

For the record, I had my interview off-campus with an alumn and had the same experience: straight-forward, conversational and very friendly.

Straight forward as in they were asking questions about why MBA, why Booth and questions about your career transitions and career goals right?

Straight-forward as in they didn't ask any oddball questions and instead seemed to be genuinely interested in getting to know me. There were personal/behavioral questions as well, but nothing unexpected.
