Guys, a small doubt! I just realised that I filled my WE as 41 instead of 53 in the application. I understand its a colossal screw up. However, my work experience details add up otherwise. How does that affect my application? My guess is that I might be screened out due to a few filters already? Or would they care to get deeper?

I have written an email.

I can see 1 full year going down the drain :(

We can wait. We can be patient. That is all that we can do.

Congratulations! And your location is?

Actually, I was wondering if any applicants in Asia are planning to interview on campus?

If I get an invite, mine will be off-campus.

Judging from history, all invites are generally send out 1 day before deadline (24 Jan). All rejection will come on the deadline itself (25 Jan). :( .

Has been consistently the case since 3 years ago and for every single round. Last day is always for rejections..

So if we haven't received anything till now. We should assume it'll probably be a rejection? ?

I see from the decision tracker many people are getting invites or even admitted R1 with less WE (~35-40) so I don't think they have any filter for that. Anyway you did shoot them an email to clarify, you have tried your best, there's no use freaking out. Fingers crossed for all of you!

As far as I can analyze the self-reported data, very few Indians only have got the interview invites and that can't ideally be the case. Views, any ?

Yes that’s one thing that I’m holding onto given GMAT Club has a lot South Asians and Indians in particular.

The other thing is that they had one less day (since 25 Jan was a holiday in the US).

Fingers crossed and best of luck everyone once again.

How do you substantiate such claims?

Look at all gmatclub forum for Booth class of 2019/2020/2021, take note of the deadline for interview invites for each round, then notice the similarly in terms of acceptance/rejections
