Happybunny, have you contacted next three people? The instruction notes that you should wait for a week after emailing the first three people.

While we're all venting, I guess I'll join in hehe. I am kinda sad that I submitted on August 10th (3 days before the review period started) and still don't have a decision. That's 9 weeks of waiting- I guess submitting early doesn't help that much. :?

Oh well, in the meantime I'm trying to be a good and patient lil boy :wink:

I'm with you on that, Tien. My recommender still hasn't submitted feedback or even responded to my "thank you e-mail" and I'm starting to get edgy. It's going to suck if I don't have a decision this month. I totally see how one might reach a point where they just want some closure. I'm sure another few days and I'm going to reach that point.

I wouldn't expect a response from ANY interview "thank you note" whether its a job interview or an MBA interview.

Actually when I sent a thank you note, he responded with a 1 line summary of what he was going to write in his interview report. Too bad he hasn't submitted it yet :(

BUDDIES! ah, i can't believe you guys found out so quickly haha. i've been inundated on the phone and I'm actually supposed to be doing work which is why I didn't post anything here yet. I barely had time to put 2 lines on my blog :P

Thank you all for your unbelievable support. The rumor is true. I got the "status change" email at 11:41 am EST today and I will be attending CBS in Fall 2009! Thank you, everyone!!! Can't wait to see some of ya'll and I'll still lurk around for those who have questions- I'm more than willing to help anyone else with any concerns they might have :-D :-D :-D

OMG, Tien. This is amazing news! Good to see CBS go after someone who really really wanted to be there. Gosh, what I wouldn't give to be in your shoes right now.

Congratulations, Tien! What a great news! :wave

BTW, I just did my interview today. It was good. Just normal questions mixed with questions related to my answers. There wasn't anything notable.
My interviewer was nice to answer all my questions as well. Now I guess I will just have to wait.

Though I have to say after further evaluation, Columbia might not be my top choice now :roll:
