Hey everyone!

We are excited to share that the students at the Darden School of Business are organizing 'The Darden South Asia Conference: India Chapter' on 11-12th February 2022. It is the inaugural student-run conference that will bring together thought leaders, business professionals, academicians, and students from around the world to discuss emerging trends and ideas on growth and sustainability in the South Asian economy.
The conference will be kicked off by a key note speech by Mr. Narayana Murthy followed by amazing panel discussions and fireside chats moderated by Darden professors.

For prospective students, there is a session on 'Darden experience' to provide a taste of case method learning widely practiced at Darden.

Key takeaways-
1) Monologue ADVICE-
follow ur own style, if you feel you are more comfortable in speaking for long stretch then follow that also make sure you keep it engaging/interesting
Or follow another approach - where you nreak the Monologue in 2-3 parts and in between ask the interviewer to question or if he feels there is something to be clarified- pls feel free to ask?
2)School culture - collaborative, inclusive, and community oriented
3)make sure you try and ans all the follow up questions with clarity.

Note - the interview is completely blind so the guy or gal doesn't have your resume or anything...she/he will get to know about you from your ans and thats how it can be navigated.

Try and take control of flow in interview...

Thats all...
