Which school? I am huge Duke basketball fan, and I am applying the UNC. I will where my royal blue proudly whereever I go.

I have a very weird reason for liking Duke and a really good one. My family are huge Tennessee fans and I am one in football, but my Mom said one day i just started watching Duke basketball at the age of 5. I have been through all the ups and downs with the program. Will you at least give me credit since i was a fan before they won an NCAA title?

Also, my mom had a brain tumor taken out at Duke's hospital. That should be reason enough.

There are a lot of Duke bandwagon fans out there and they get on my nerves too.

I guess you can call me bangwagon then. Duke is I-AA quality in football and will never be good in football (too hard to recruit 55 guys who can play and make it academically). I am a huge TN football fan and Duke basketball fan. Traditionally TN has been horrible in basketball and Duke in football.

And I know the reason for that. Steve Spurrier always gives Duke a preseason vote to pay them back for giving him his first head coaching job.

Desis

Dont apply to Duke if you have a GMAT score less than 750!

Last year the only common thread among the admits( from India not the GC crowd ) is a stellar GMAT Score

Cheers!
Disclaimer: R2 Applicant last year and dinged! The feedback centered around retaking the GMAT ( WTF - I had 700 GMAT and still need to improve it--? ) Outside M7 majority of the schools are GMAT W...hores....
