After you submit your application to their platform, you will receive an email for the KIRA video essays.
You have 48 hours to submit your video responses (3 short questions, 60 seconds to prepare, 90 seconds to answer if I remember correctly).
If you google around a bit, you will find plenty of example questions and how to prepare for this.
After you've done that, your application is up for review and you will receive a response by the corresponding round deadline (invitation to an interview or rejection).
From my experience, the email is sent out on that exact deadline date ("Interview decision by"), so there is no need to stress about not receiving anything sooner.
If you get invited to an interview, you will have to schedule a moment that suits both you and someone from admissions (or alumni).
For this, you normally have like 2-3 weeks before the interview deadline.
Additionally, there can also be an invitation to an assessment day, which will take place in the same period as the interviews.
After all this, a final decision will be made with acceptance, waitlist or rejection.
Hope this clarifies the process a bit for you

Can someone here help me understand the application process at IESE? What are the steps post form submission?
Also does it help sending your profile your evaluation on the link on the website?
