Guys is it that all the good candidates who would have applied in R2 have already been shortlisted and the chance for getting an interview by 15th is very thin

They will let you know on 15th Feb if you are R2 applicant

I submitted my application on 29th Jan. Are calls for interview coming on a rolling basis, or all the calls have been announced for R3?
