For those of you who've researched well, how's McDonough with scholarships, especially internationals? Do they give full-rides?

Quite generous, I would say. They don't differentiate between international and domestic candidates. Here are the stats:

Total Scholarships: $3.3 million
% of Gross Tuition: 11.6%
Average Grant: $30,000
% of MBAs on Scholarship:27%

Does anyone's application still read "Not Ready for Review?" All of my materials are submitted, but I'm wondering if there is something missing from my application if it is still reading that.

I'd consider reaching out to Admissions if you are getting that message and can't determine what is missing from your application. My status is "Ready for Review" so maybe there is something minor that was overlooked that is holding things up...hopefully Admissions can help figure you figure out what that is.

I received an interview invite last week and will be interviewing tomorrow.

I wouldn't get too concerned about not having received the invitation yet, however. I was referred in by my manager, an MSB alum, through the "Refer a Hoya" program, which apparently provides priority interview consideration. I'm guessing that means a lot of interview invitations are still forthcoming.

Interview Experience:
Interview was pretty laid back and conversational, it went for just over 30 minutes. Mine was with a member of admissions who is also an evening program student. Questions asked included:
-Walk me through your work experience and why you're interested in an MBA (I included post-MBA goals while answering)
-If your manager were here, what would he/she say are the three greatest assets that you bring to your company
-What are 2-3 weaknesses/things you could improve on at work

I then had about 5-10 minutes to ask questions.

Again, it was pretty straightforward and very relaxed, I would try not to get too anxious about it in advance.
