I applied in October and took a virtual interview in November same week that Uwgrad824 had it. Questions were exactly like he mentioned and it took me like 10 minutes tops.

My profile is:

600 GMAT first attempt - Planning to retake multiple times
2 Years at T25 Finance program, 3.167 GPA, D1 Athlete full-scholarship
Dropped out mid semester due to family issues
2 Years at No-name program, 3.345GPA, D1 Athlete
6 months with 1 early promotion at a market research company
1.5-2 Years at credit rating agency in relationship management position, early promotion 1 year in.
Additionally, I have very extenuating life circumstances to add to my story

My status went from “under review” to “submitted” with a green check mark. What does this mean? I’m assuming waitlist/rejection?

Same! I don't know what to expect. When did you apply?

Also in the same status. Submitted my test score in the Fall and have been in submitted status since then. I am remaining optimistic!

Congrats to everyone who got their acceptance! Question - is everyone from round 3? I'm from an earlier round but did not submit a test score until later.

I applied R3, submitted scores in early Jan.

Have you checked your email recently? I just received my official decision around 5 pm! Unfortunately I was not admitted, but I will consider reapplying next year. Congratulations to everyone on their acceptances. To those not admitted: here’s to your next steps/pivot, don’t let one outcome deter you from your goal :)

Yes I was admitted, just wanted to let the OG reply know I was R3.
Definitely look at the advanced program timeline! Don't be deterred if you feel ready to apply to B School this year

So I reached out again and they said that round 3 decisions came out yesterday. Those of us from an earlier round (1or 2) who received a letter asking for test scores should hear back by the end of the week.

How are y’all approaching the recommendation part of the application? Right now I’m not comfortable letting my boss know that I’ll be pursuing an MBA in 2 years.

I do! Just wasn't sure if that would hurt my app. Are you familiar with what the recommendation format entails? Are they just short answers or actual essays? Would like to prep my recommender when I approach her about it.

Ah, okay. I have no idea, but I think it's just a few questions that are to answered. I assume those questions will address work ethic, leadership potential, motivation/drive, etc. I prepped my person by giving them a high-level overview of MLT, going over my resume, and talking about my aspirations. Kind of highlighted what (I think) MLT wants to see.

j19gobears I’d assume Round 2 has a larger pool of applicants and comprises a bigger portion of the cohort class compared to Round 1. So competitive maybe in terms of number of apps but also I’d assume a greater acceptance rate. I can’t confirm anything so probably best to reach out to MLT.

I'm also applying! I will be submitting my application for R2. GMAT score is not ready yet, so I will just have to submit the app without one and submit my final score in January. If anyone has any insights on what they ask for the recommendation portion, please share!! I am nervous my recommender won't take this seriously so I want to prep him thoroughly. I would ask a friend/mentor to submit a rec for me, but I fear they won't appreciate that.
