Would applying round 3 limit my chances of getting in as compared to round 2? As in would there be few spots left round 3? This is my first time applying so I am not sure.
I can have my application ready by Sept 30th, but it would be with a practice gmat score vs a real one if i applied in round 3.
I am thinking hard about this as well. During one the info sessions, I did hear them say that a good number of folks do wait to apply to round 3. I am thinking about submitting an application without a score. My exam is scheduled for the first week of October which means that the scores will only be available later in the month.
I missed the info session, but the overall application is straight forward other than the gmat part so I could have it done by sept 30th. But I took a official practice test cold before I started to study and I got an okay score. Now that I've studied and realized the dumb mistakes I made I know it'll go up, but it's a matter of how serious will they take an application without a score.
Most likely I will be applying round 3 though.
