Received an interview invite at 2pm ET today. There's lots of spots open on the scheduling page, so I wouldn't be concerned if you don't have an invite yet.

I read on BW that none of the Seattle slots are filled. I hope thats true. While I don't expect much it keeps the dream alive.

I didn't check seattle, but I took a quick look at Chicago and they were almost all open (they had them listed up until Feb. 29). For the on-campus interviews, they haven't even started booking past the 2nd week of Feb.

I love this forum :P - this is very helpful insider knowledge which I'm sure eases the minds of many applicants (including me) who have not received invitations.

I feel the same way. I wish I had started reading gmatforum earlier in the application process. Still, it's nice to have a bunch of people to run the gauntlet with.

You would have got an automatic mail on the day of your application submission, saying that they ahve received it, etc.
In HBS, the status doesn't change. It continues to show as submitted, and maybe it changes when you're invited to interview and then when the result is out. There's no change to 'complete', I'm pretty sure of that.

duddex, the email I received was "HBS Application Submitted" You literally should have received it the second you submitted. It didn't confirm anything other than that you submitted it online.

A bunch of invites were sent out early but things have seemed to quiet down the past few days. Maybe HBS sends them in batches?

I am not even sure that they are sending invitations in batches since several people seemed to receive invitations throughout the week from HBS.
I am giving up of constantly checking my e-mail. Waiting is one thing that is hard for me to bear. I am constantly disappointed each day since Jan 25th. I decided to loosen up a little and just hope for the best to come. One thing that I have learned is THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON. =)

Well, the avada kedavra causes instant death, which might be a relief in my case. I would probably compare it to the crucio curse inflicting unbearable pain but not causing death :-)

Any interview invites this week? It's been eerily silent recently.

I have one from Wharton but nothing from Harvard yet. Anyone have an idea if HBS has most of their interviews still to be released?
