I have never been so happy to be on a waitlist, Tuck is my top choice, and if there's still hope I'm going for it! [#permalink]

Honestly very disappointed. Was really excited about Tuck, although I did feel my interview didn't go as well as I'd like. [#permalink]

Congratulations to ones who got an admit already!

Does anybody have any insights on how Tuck does in big tech recruiting?

What about for west coast opportunities?

Any insights will be really helpful. Thanks!

Hi guys,
For those on the waiting-list, does anyone know if there is a word-limit to the text box on Tuck's WL form?

There doesn't seem to be one... I copy-pasted around 800 words from another document and the form seemed to accommodate them.. although I didn't hit submit :)

Received an interview invite yesterday morning (1/7). Just curious, how do they review applications that quickly? One day seems like a crazy quick turnaround

Did others get an email from the admissions director after they submitted their app? I was impressed that they actually had some personal details about me in the message (i.e. didn't seem to just be a form email). Kind of a cool touch!

Not me. Just got a generic auto response.

You must have clearly done something right :)

Hi. Is there a stat available for percentage of people who are not doing candidate initiated interviews and who get intrview invite from tuck?

I really doubt there is. I am also quite certain that the ratio would be very different each year.

I wouldn’t worry about it if I were you. The rule I like to follow is something like this.

If you can make it to the campus for a self initiated interview, do it, but only as long as you feel fully prepared for the interview. Often your essays and the rest of your app shape your stories for your interview so going in well before your essays are done can be a detriment. On the other side it helps to have some facetime and if you’re the kind of a person who makes good conversation and impression on the first go, it’s an opportunity I wouldn’t miss.

Hi. I got an interview invite from Tuck on 8th Jan and the submission deadline for R2 was 6th Jan. Is it usual?
