Is 690 a good score, or should I reappear again?

How are the two back to back interviews different? Are they conducted by current students or just the Adcom? Are the questions really different or similar?

One is conducted by adcom and the other one is blind interview by a current student.

Industry: Analytics & Consulting
Current Designation: Consultant
GMAT Score: 660(Q48, V34, IR8) and 670(Q43, V38, IR5)
Extra-curriculars: State Level Cricket Player, Co-founded multiple clubs/chapters in college, Organized multiple events in college, including a flagship marathon seeing a footfall of 4000+, Basic proficiency in French (Completed A1.1 and A1.2 from Alliance Francaise, New Delhi).

What do we have to write in Fellowship Merit based essay?

Is TOEFL or IELTS mandatory for international applicants?

I have been applying for language test waivers and providing a Medium of Instruction certificate for my undergraduate degree to other Business schools. Doesn't make sense to go for a language test just for one B-school.

Is there a repository that we can leverage for Kira assessment by Mendoza? Or is it going to be similar to Foster?

I completed my KIRA assessment yesterday.
Got 5 questions:
(I am a little hazy on the exact questions as I completed all 3 of my Kira assessments from different universities together)
4 were video questions with 10 sec to prep and 1 min to record.
1 was a written question (5 min for drafting my answer)

Q.1 What values are important to you and why?
Q.2 What is the activity that had a profound effect on you?
Q.3 Describe a situation when you were in the wrong in the professional setting?
Q.4 Describe a time when you went above and beyond to help one of your colleagues?
Q.5 Tell us about a time when you enjoyed time with your family or friends? (Written question)

These questions are rephrased as I cannot remember the exact verbiage of the questions. Hope these are helpful!

Yup, the same platform as for other KIRA assessments. But, the practice platform has the written assessment in it as well. So should give you a good feel of the real round.

Did anyone get invited for an interview in the second round 2022?

No waiting for interview. completed the kira videos few days back

I have been admitted in Round 1. Interview process was really good, there is one interview with AdCom and then one blind interview with a student. Very conversational and no curveball questions. It can look good to mention a specific part of the program you find interesting. In the interview I was asked: Why Mendoza, Why MBA, What do you like to do outside of work, Talk about a time you've helped someone, What kind of leader are you, What do you look for in a team.
