Can I sit on the fence when analysing an issue? [#permalink]

Sometimes I find it hard to support either side of an issue. Can I sit on the fence and discuss the pros and cons on both sides? The conclusion can be whether A or B will depend on xxx.

Can anyone throw some light? Many thanks!
