Essentially, I am trying to ascertain if passing all 3 levels will add any value to an MBA application. More specifically, EWMBA, Haas.

In short, imo, yes it can only help. I'd say it is allocated a decent weight (with a ceiling) when admissions folk are evaluating your candidacy.
