The answer here is different from how I thought, F*d= (F-G)(d+x) where x would be the extra amount they would have to pay and rearranged this equation to arrive at "C". Can someone please explain why I am wrong. The underlying process is that the amount they would have to pay is constant

Your equation does not make sense. What do you get when you multiply the number of peopl, F, by the renting price, d?

That includes only the mocks and the Quant resources (110 qs) right?

Does the book have anything additional?

I don’t have any idea about the 110qs you’re referring to.

The separate Quantitative practice set that there is. But other than mocks anything else?

I felt TTP question types were quite different from the actual exam. and while OG resources have similar question, the difficulty level feels slightly more in the actual exam.

Yes OG questions are easier than the actual exam.

You can try gmatclub tests or maths revolution questions for further practice.

Are the Gmatclub tests and forum quizzes sufficient for further practice or do we need to supplement anything else?

use the property asquare - b sqaure = (a+b ) (a-b) .. Then you’ll be left with 11 ! + 9! / 11! - 9! .. Take 9 ! common

You’ll get 111/109

Sure so we know that 4x + 3x +2x >= 10,000

9x >= 10,000

Assuming x will be an integer as 4x is an integer, we need a number that is divisible by 9 or a multiple of 9

Only D works

I think the question is so simple that it is tricky and you can go into a loop on trying to solve for x

What is the source for the question?

    \(\frac{(11!)^2 - (9!)^2}{(11! - 9!)^2}=\)

    \(=\frac{(11! - 9!)(11! + 9!)}{(11! - 9!)^2}=\)

    \(=\frac{11! + 9!}{11! - 9!}=\)

    \(=\frac{9!(10*11 + 1)}{9!(10*11 - 1)}=\)

    \(=\frac{10*11 + 1}{10*11 - 1}=\)

    \(=\frac{111}{109}.\)

Answer: D.

Yep this helped and it highlighted my most silly mistake 🤦🏻‍♂️

I was constantly adding 4+3+2 =10 🤦🏻‍♂️and hence was not able to get the answer. My mind was so fixated on it, that it didn’t allowed me to look through the basics
