Russian novels themselves can arrange in 4! ways =24 ways
British novels in 3! ways = 6 way
French novels in 2! ways =2 ways
German Novel in 1 ways

if novel of each all 4 country grouped together,can be again arranged in 4! ways= 24 ways

Thus total no. of arrangements= 24 * 6*2*24
= 24* 288
